DML Group was established in 2013 with its first major renovation in Lilyfield, Sydney’s inner west, prior to expanding with a dedicated team of construction professionals.
We currently specialise in Residential Building, Commercial and Residential Maintenance and Renovations.
Our aim is always to exceed our client’s expectations throughout every phase. We recognise no two projects are the same, each one presenting its own unique set of challenges, complexities and requirements. It is our approach and understanding of these that truly sets us apart and has formed the backbone of our continued success.
Our knowledge of construction methods and equipment, along with the principles of planning, managing and financing, ensure we deliver successfully, on time and within budget, the first tangible results of design.

Meet the team
Daniel Lazar - Project Manager
Daniel is a licensed builder and carpenter. He has over 13 years of industry experience, where he has managed and delivered numerous residential and commercial projects across New South Wales. Through both his training and site experience, Daniel has developed detailed knowledge in all facets of building construction and renovation, including rendering, painting, roof tiling, civil works and more. He is well-versed in the scope of work required for this project. Clients recognize Daniel's track record of delivering building projects to a high standard in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Richard Odisho - Electrician
Richard is a licensed electrician. He has over 12 years of industry experience, where he has managed and delivered numerous residential and commercial projects under the management of DML Group. Richard provides extensive experience in all aspects of electrical wiring, fittings and installations. He is a valued member of DML Group due to his client focus and driven attitude.
Richard is responsible for organizing electrical works and managing. He performs a pivotal role in the success of a project.
Ano Edison - Site Supervisor
Ano’s current role is running day-to-day operations, including overseeing construction projects being managed by DML Group.
Ano has widespread experience in project management and construction. He has worked extensively in the construction industry across Sydney and believes that working to deliver more than the client's expectations is the key to success at DML Group
Daniel Abboud - Plumber
Daniel is a licensed plumber and gas fitter. He has over 12 years of industry experience working with DML Group. He has a proven track record working on difficult plumbing projects. He brings strong leadership and specialist skills to projects that require pipe laying, joining and plumbing services.
Robert Colaguiri - Carpenter
Robert is a licensed carpenter. He has over 10 years of industry experience and brings a strong work ethic to the project team. He has proven to be hands-on with attention to detail. He manages his time and deliverables to a high standard. Robert completes all carpentry for DML Group from the frame to the fix-out; whether it's building walls or hanging doors, Robert is always involved in this.
